Thank you for your email. Your energy and enthusiasm is very infectious. I was PTA President here in California at my daughter's high 'secondary "school with 2,500 students for a couple of years. It was fun and hard work. I managed to organise to get students on our PTSA Board which had not been allowed before.
I have a home in Chelsea but spend most of the year here in California . So imagine that most meetings would be when I am living over here. I don't suppose I would find anyone else who would remember me or my memories either.
I remember much about the school , it's premises in Eltham and never visited it in Chislehurst. Later I went to a school in Bromley which closed in 1963 with my then best friend Margaret Wright. I have since lost touch. Is there a possibility that a former Elsa Margaret McPherson Wright is a member. She attended from 1963-1965. Later she married Brian Crowley and last I knew her in the 1980s she had 4 children. If there is a member on your books who fits the bill, I would love to send her a message through you, so she can choose if she wants to get back in touch with me.
