SCIENCE TEACHER – PART-TIME 0.725 FTE
Salary Range:  Commensurate with experience

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding school, where the staff inspire pupils from the Sixth Form right down to the Nursery to achieve excellent results. The pupils at Babington House receive a first-class education and we ensure outstanding quality and exemplary support for the young people we serve.

We are currently seeking an outstanding Part-time Science Teacher to start in January 2021.  You will be part of a strong, dynamic team, providing high quality teaching across the School.  You will have excellent subject knowledge, be an effective communicator and have a track record of achieving outstanding academic results for your pupils.

The position will be for 29 periods per week, spread over 4 days.  The days of work are likely to be full days on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and half day on a Friday afternoon.

You will have experience of teaching science at both GCSE and A-Level, with a speciality in teaching chemistry, and be passionate about teaching and be committed to providing high quality learning and experiences for all children.  As a member of staff, you will be valued and supported; in return we are looking for commitment, drive and enthusiasm.

An enhanced DBS check will be required prior to appointment.
