PRIMARY TEACHER – FULL TIME (Maternity Cover)
Salary:  From £26,073 to £37,555

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary School Teacher, to join our school from February 2021, for a period of maternity cover.  Our school offers a nurturing yet academically challenging environment for our pupils, of which the successful candidate will be expected to foster.  We work in close partnership with parents and offers a range of additional exciting learning opportunities rarely found on a Preparatory School Curriculum. 

Babington House is a forward-thinking school, striving to continually improve our education and environment for our students and staff.  We are looking for a teacher with positivity and drive who is able to provide bespoke and personalised learning for our pupils, working alongside all staff. 

The post would suit a newly qualified teacher, or a teacher with experience looking for a new setting.

VISITING PIANO TEACHER – SELF EMPLOYED

The pupils at Babington House receive a first-class education and we ensure outstanding quality and exemplary support for the young people we serve.  Our school offers a nurturing yet academically challenging environment for our pupils, of which the successful candidate will be expected to foster. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly qualified piano teacher to join our thriving Music Department on a self-employed basis to start immediately.

The successful candidate will be committed to training young musicians of all abilities in both the Prep and Senior School and should be engaging in their teaching style. You should have a music degree and some previous experience of teaching or working with young people, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.

We have a number of students ready to commence regular classes and anticipate a full day of teaching available, although this may be possible to spread across other days.

You will be committed and enthusiastic, with a passion for music and ensure our pupils are tutored in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.  As a Visiting Teacher, you will be valued and supported; in return we are looking for individuals, who are patient, punctual and reliable.

This is a self-employed position, with payments made directly from the parents of the students.
