We are currently seeking 2 outstanding Personal Assistants to start in January 2021.  You will be part of a strong, dynamic team, providing high quality support to the Senior Leadership Team and the busy school office.  You will be an enthusiastic team player, with excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work with absolute discretion.

There are two roles available, PA to the Head of Seniors and PA to the Head of Prep.  The hours of work for both positions will be 09.00 am – 17.00 pm, Monday to Friday, term time plus an additional 4 weeks per year.  However, some flexibility may be needed if there is a morning event planned, where the working pattern may need to be 08.00 a.m. – 16.00 p.m.  The hours of work include a paid lunch break with a free school meal each day.

You will have experience of working as a PA in a busy environment and have demonstrable high level  administrative skills.  As a member of staff, you will be valued and supported; in return we are looking for commitment, drive and enthusiasm.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing Manager to start in January 2022. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to play a key role in all areas of marketing and communications at Babington House. The Marketing Manager will be involved with the production of literature, events, advertising, promotional campaigns, and social media via print and digital channels to support student recruitment and promote the brand messages of the School.

The post is for 24 hours per week, the working pattern is currently Tuesday to Thursday 09.00 am – 17.00 pm, term time plus an additional 4 weeks per year.  The hours of work include a paid lunch break with a free school meal each day.

The successful candidate will ideally have demonstrable experience in a similar role. Accuracy and thorough attention to detail, as well as excellent organisational skills is essential.  The ideal candidate will also possess initiative and creativity with an ability to write persuasive, engaging and accurate copy. We are currently seeking an experienced School Nurse to start in January 2021.  This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nursing professional to play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of pupils and staff at Babington House.

The post is for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.30 am – 16.30 pm, term time.  The hours of work include a paid lunch break with a free school meal each day.

The successful candidate will provide medical assistance to pupils and staff as necessary and be a source of expertise within the School community. The successful candidate will ideally have demonstrable experience in a similar role, be an RGN and hold a valid pin. The position will be for 29 periods per week, spread over 4 days.  The days of work are likely to be full days on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and half day on a Friday afternoon.

VISITING PIANO TEACHER – SELF EMPLOYED

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly qualified piano teacher to join our thriving Music Department on a self-employed basis to start immediately.

The successful candidate will be committed to training young musicians of all abilities in both the Prep and Senior School and should be engaging in their teaching style. You should have a music degree and some previous experience of teaching or working with young people, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.

We have a number of students ready to commence regular classes and anticipate a full day of teaching available, although this may be possible to spread across other days.

You will be committed and enthusiastic, with a passion for music and ensure our pupils are tutored in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.  As a Visiting Teacher, you will be valued and supported; in return we are looking for individuals, who are patient, punctual and reliable.

This is a self-employed position, with payments made directly from the parents of the students.
