Jo attended Babington House School from 1989 – 1996 when we were a small independent girls school.
After leaving Babington in 1996 (before we had a Sixth Form), Jo went on to study for her A-Levels at Queen’s College London, and then University College London, before venturing to Africa and Central America.
Once back from her travels, Jo started her professional career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs, then a Researcher at MTV. Jo spent 20 years at the BBC before becoming a Broadcast Journalist working in News. Jo’s career highlights include winning two BAFTA awards and working with Andrew Marr for many years.
Jo’s favourite memory at Babington was the ski trip and her favourite teacher was Mrs Green who she describes as being “so inspiring and warm-hearted”.
